In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk1871 website accessible at tk1871.org and all associated sub-pages, services, and features made available therein.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on tk1871 and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits where applicable.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

The Service is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. tk1871 will verify your age during registration using the information you provide. Additional verification may be requested before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

To access the Service, you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other accepted payment account, and a unique password. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and all associated Balances forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits apply to each payment method and will be displayed at the cashier stage. tk1871 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with notice on the Platform.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high traffic or for accounts undergoing identity verification.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own and have been obtained through lawful means. tk1871 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tk1871, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions, are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms, all bonus amounts credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be displayed clearly at the time an offer is claimed. Contributions towards wagering requirements may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game categories may contribute 0%.

tk1871 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any Bonus, and to close any Account, where it determines in good faith that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by tk1871.

Bonus credits not used within the time period specified in the relevant offer terms will expire and be removed from your Account Balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure affecting the outcome of a Wager, tk1871 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. tk1871 shall not be liable for any loss of expected winnings resulting from a malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the governing principle for all technical errors.

All sportsbook markets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. Results are determined using official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, tk1871's decision based on available official data shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Opening multiple Accounts or acting in concert with other players to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after placing Wagers with the associated funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, including sharing login credentials.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks, provided no outstanding Wagers or withdrawal holds are pending.

tk1871 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

tk1871 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at tk1871.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
